Every program goes through changes at its core with time as societies and human cultures evolve. How has the program of a citizen evolved in other cities (Arthshila in Ahmedabad)?
Can a similar phenomenon or program be applied to the cultural landscape of Vidhyanagar with its students, faculties and citizens
